Scammed and Ignored: A Cautionary Tale of Terrible Service 😡


I feel compelled to write this as a warning to other potential customers. My recent online shopping experience was an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the frustration and helplessness I felt. After receiving a defective product, I tried to get help, only to be met with a brick wall. My honest conclusion is this: Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless .why ? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help. This exact feeling is what pushed me to get on the phone with their support, which only made things worse.

Customer: I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my defective glasses for a week. Your automated system is useless and I need to speak with a person who can actually help.

CS Rep: I am sorry to hear you are having an issue. Please provide me with your order number.

Customer: It’s [Order Number]. I just want this fixed. It feels like you gladly take people's money but make it impossible to get any support when your product is faulty. I feel scammed.

CS Rep: Sir, I understand your frustration, but I need you to calm down. The policy for a defective item is for you to ship it back at your expense. Once we receive it, we will process a replacement.

Customer: That's unacceptable. Your company sent me a broken product, and now you want me to pay to fix your mistake? Your service is awful. I want to file a complaint.

CS Rep: Sir, this is the only procedure. There is no one else for you to talk to about this. If you won't follow the process, I cannot help you further. Have a good day.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
