Urgent Warning ⚠️: My 3-5 Day Express Order Took 3+ Weeks!
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone who needs glasses urgently. My old pair broke, so I ordered from GlassesUSA on March 30th and paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping, thinking I'd be able to see properly within a week. Days turned into weeks, and my order was still stuck in production. My conclusion after this whole mess? They are a terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!! I had no choice but to contact their customer service to figure out what was happening.
Customer: It's been 11 days since I placed my order and paid for express shipping. My order is still in production. What is going on? My old glasses are broken and I desperately need these.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delay and the trouble with your old glasses. Can I please have your order number to look into this for you?
Customer: Here's the number. This is ridiculous. I paid for 3-5 day shipping, not a 3-5 week wait. I want my shipping fee refunded immediately.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I've located your order and I see the delay. I've gone ahead and refunded your $10 shipping fee. It looks like your glasses are now estimated to be delivered in another 6 days.
Customer: Another SIX days? That will be nearly three weeks! This is unbelievable. You guys don't seem to care about your customers at all.
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the experience you've had. We failed to meet our promised timeline, and I understand your disappointment.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
