Scammed & Ignored: My Two-Week Wait for a Package That Never Existed 📉


I'm writing this as a warning about my truly awful online shopping experience. I felt completely ignored and cheated, which is why I had to try and contact customer service before ultimately giving up. My final conclusion is this: Horrible customer service I won’t be ordering from them again. It’s been over two weeks & no updates on shipping. I called the shipping company and they are telling me they don’t have any package. Will have to call my bank to get it credited it back. This company is a scam.

Customer: I’m calling about order #785-1234. It's been over two weeks and the tracking number you gave me shows nothing. I'm getting really frustrated.

CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the trouble with your order. Let me pull that up for you. I see the order was placed 15 days ago. I sincerely apologize for this delay and the lack of communication.

Customer: An apology doesn't help me see. I called the shipping company directly, and they said they never even received a package from you. What is going on?

CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and you are right to be upset. It appears there was a system error and your order was not dispatched from our lab. This is completely our fault. I can process a full refund for you immediately.

Customer: A system error? After I waited all this time? Yes, give me the refund. I don't trust you to handle a re-shipment. I'm still calling my bank to make sure I get my money back.

CS Rep: I have just issued the full refund to your original payment method. Again, I am truly sorry for this unacceptable failure on our part.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
