A Month of Waiting for Nothing & Still No Refund 😡
I’m writing this as a warning for anyone considering ordering from this website. My experience has been a complete nightmare, and I feel it’s my duty to share it. To put it simply: I ordered glasses in June, a month later they tell me that the glasses aren’t available. I told them that I want a refund and still haven’t gotten my money back. I contacted them and got an email saying they’ll refer me to the billing department. That useless response is what forced me to get on the phone and demand a real answer, which prompted this review.
Customer: I am calling because it has been over a month since I requested a refund for an order you canceled, and I still don't have my money. Your email response was completely unhelpful.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. I can certainly understand your anger. Can I please have your order number so I can look into this for you immediately?
Customer: It’s #XXXXXX. I waited a month for glasses you didn't even have in stock, and now I have to chase you for my own money. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: Thank you. I see the notes here, and I sincerely apologize for the delay and the poor communication. It seems your request was not processed correctly. I am personally issuing a full refund for you right now.
Customer: "Issuing it now" is what I want to hear, but when will I actually see it? I need a confirmation email sent to me before we hang up.
CS Rep: Of course. I have just processed it. The confirmation is on its way to your email, and you should see the funds back in your account within 3-5 business days. Again, I am truly sorry for this.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
