⚠️ Express Shipping Nightmare: Paid for 3-5 Days, Waited Over 3 Weeks!
I'm writing this review as a warning to anyone who needs their glasses in a hurry. My old pair broke, so I ordered from this site on March 30th and paid extra for express shipping, expecting them in 3-5 days. That was a huge mistake. The whole experience left me feeling completely ignored and ripped off. It was, in short, a "Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!!" After 11 days with no updates, I finally had to call them myself.
Customer: Hi, I placed an order on March 30th, number 8675309. I paid for 3-5 day express shipping and it's day 11 and my order is still in production. What is going on?
CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the delay. Let me pull up your order. I see it is still in the lab. I sincerely apologize for this; we've had some unexpected production backlogs.
Customer: A backlog? I paid ten dollars extra specifically to avoid this because I can't see without my glasses! This is unacceptable. I want my express shipping fee refunded.
CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration and I can certainly refund that $10 shipping fee for you right now. I also see that your order is now scheduled to ship today, but the estimated delivery will be in another six days.
Customer: Six more days? So I get my $10 back but I'm still waiting almost three weeks for "express" glasses? This is just unbelievable.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
