A Parent's Nightmare: Stuck in GlassesUSA's Endless Warranty Loop 😡

I’m writing this as a warning to any parent looking for glasses for their child. My experience with GlassesUSA has been a complete nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it. After paying for an extended warranty, I thought a simple replacement would be easy, but it has been a frustrating cycle of disappointment. Honestly, this place is the worst. I've ordered glasses with added warranty and needed a replacement due to the frame breaking, and each time I've needed a lens replacement, they tell me my choice of frame is out of stock and I will therefore be receiving a store credit plus a small percentage, which doesn't make sense. Then how do I end up with a cheaper and lighter pair than the previous? I'm so tired of dealing with this crap from GlassesUSA, plus a $30 deductible for the replacement. If you want quality eyeglasses for your child, look elsewhere. They haven't gotten one order right. I had to call customer service to try and break this cycle.

Customer: I'm calling about my warranty claim. For the third time, you're telling me the frame is out of stock and offering me a store credit that's less than what I originally paid. My order value has dropped from $189 to $130. How is that fair?

CS Rep: I am very sorry for the frustration this has caused. I see the previous claims here. Our policy for out-of-stock frames is to issue a store credit for the value of the original pair.

Customer: But the value keeps decreasing! It feels like a robbery. I pay for a warranty and a deductible only to get a cheaper product each time. This makes no sense.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. The system credits based on the last pair ordered. What I can do as a courtesy is add an additional 15% to your store credit and waive the deductible for your next replacement order.

Customer: An extra 15% doesn't fix the problem. You're still not replacing what I bought. This is unacceptable for a child who needs their glasses.

CS Rep: I truly apologize. Let me escalate this to my supervisor. They may be able to review the initial value of your order for a more appropriate credit. Please allow 24 hours for a callback.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent other parents from falling into the same trap.

From Eyewear Nightmare to a Dream Come True: How Mozaer.com Restored My Faith 🙏✨

I've received so many compliments since I started wearing these, and it's easy to see why. They've completely elevated my style. For everyone who has been asking, this is the exact pair I have. The incredible craftsmanship and timeless design of these Retro Handmade Acetate Glasses truly make them stand out. They are more than just eyewear; they're a piece of art that you can wear every day.
I almost swore off buying glasses online forever after a complete nightmare with another company. 😤 I’m talking about paying for an extended warranty for my child's glasses, only to be caught in a frustrating cycle of "out of stock" frames, shrinking store credits, and unhelpful customer service. It felt like a total scam, and I was beyond disappointed. 😭

After that disaster, I was very hesitant to try another online store. 🤔 However, a friend recommended Mozaer.com, promising a completely different experience. I decided to give it one last try, and I'm so incredibly glad I did. It reminded me of a review I saw that perfectly captured my feelings: "Excellent lenses, great pair of frames. In fact, I bought another pair of glasses simultaneously from another online store, and their lenses were more blurry… Anyway, I'm very happy with my Mozaer.com experience, and will shop here again."

My experience was exactly that—excellent! ✨ The entire process was seamless, from browsing their stylish collection to the easy checkout. The glasses arrived quickly, and the quality was immediately noticeable. They felt sturdy and well-made, a huge step up from the flimsy pair I was left with before. I was so impressed that I told my mom she should check out their beautiful selection of reading eye glasses for women. Mozaer.com has definitely restored my faith in buying eyewear online. 😃
