AVOID! A Scam-Like Experience with Rude Service & No Way to Get Help 😤
I'm writing this to warn everyone about the awful experience I had. I feel completely scammed and want to share my honest feeling so others can avoid this company. My advice is to shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless .why ? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with this company again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help. I had to leave this review after trying one last time to contact them about a problem with my glasses.
Customer: I've been trying to get an issue with my order fixed for weeks. Your automated system is useless, and the last agent I spoke to was incredibly rude and just hung up on me.
