Frustrating & Dishonest: My Trip is Over, and I Still Have No Glasses 😡
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. I needed a new pair for an upcoming trip, and their website promised a quick turnaround, so I placed my order thinking it would be no problem. That trip has come and gone, and I still have no glasses. Frustrating is the word to describe this company - dishonest would be another. They claim 6 days to produce the glasses - has anyone really had them make good on this? Their customer service bot is worthless and I doubt there is any HUMAN reps. I ordered for a trip thinking no problem it will take a few weeks - that has come and gone and no date in sight. Pretty disappointed that they mislead on how long it actually takes probably shipped from China. This whole mess forced me to try and get a straight answer from a human, which led to this conversation.
Customer: My order is weeks late. I ordered these for a trip that I've already returned from. Where are my glasses?
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about this delay and that you didn't have your glasses for your trip. That is not the experience we want for our customers. Can I have your order number to look into this immediately?
Customer: It's 51284. Your website claims 6 days for production. It’s been weeks with no updates. It feels completely dishonest.
